Casa Verde Homes is large enough to handle substantial renovations and remodels, but small enough to handle the smallest jobs too. We're also not too big -that you'll never see the company owner again after your contract is signed. In fact, the owners - Simon Wilson and Jill Wilson - are the project managers for each and every job we do in Orange County. They handle all the details and communicate with you daily.

Simon Wilson, Casa Verde Homes managing partner and construction manager has worked within the residential construction field for over fifteen years.

 

From an early age, he was introduced to the challenges and excitement of home renovation and design while working alongside his family during construction projects. This hands-on experience coupled with an extensive design education and an eye for innovation, cemented his passion for all things building and design.

 

Simon received his BA in Design in 1990. He is a licensed General Contractor and a certified Green Building Professional. He has a gift for quickly developing a rapport with others, and his clients find his easy-going manner extremely approachable. He has built an impressive roster of clients, mostly through repeat business and client referrals. His honesty, sincere passion and exceptional understanding of residential construction and design have led his clients to appreciate him and to trust him implicitly.

An Orange County native, Jill Wilson grew up in the world of home repair and remodeling, absorbing her father's handyman skills and her mother's creativity. A dilapidated 1940's California cottage began her design career. Along with her husband Simon, she transformed her first home and turned it into a beautiful showpiece.

 

With over 15 years of residential design experience, Jill brings her unique style and creative vision to every project and provides valuable guidance to clients during the renovation process. Throughout the design process, Jill works closely with her clients, carefully listening to and understanding their needs. She has a wealth of unique resources, and knows just where to find those unusual fixtures and those great pieces that bring a room to life, creating a look that seems like it evolved over time. Jill's ultimate goal is for her clients to love each space and truly enjoy living in their homes. 

 

Jill also assists homeowners with property makeovers, and has a remarkable ability to maximize any property's potential, creating value with high impact, low cost improvements.

 

Jill always makes her clients comfortable with her extensive knowledge and her down-to-earth, friendly demeanor. Whether it's preparing your home for a quick sale, or a large renovation project, Jill is ready to assist you with your design needs.
